My Favorite Toys: Part 4

Despite the fact that I don't have any front claws, I still like to play with nail files.

When my human Cindy gives herself a manicure and saws the board back and forth across her nails, I come running at the scratchy sound.

I could play with nail files for hours. Sometimes I do. Not much else to do around here.

Weather: Balmy, sunny and a bit breezy.
The perfect way to usher in April.

My Favorite Toys: Part 3

I can't decide which one to play with!

Weather: Been quite lovely lately.
Lots of time in my favorite window, basking in the soothing sunlight.

My Favorite Toys: Part 2

This is my mousie. It is crinkly, small, and very fun to play with.
If I keep staring at it long enough, maybe it will turn into a real mousie that I can chase around relentlessly.

When I play with my mousie, I bat it around in the air, catch it in my mouth, and then crunch on it to listen to the cool noise it makes. I love my mousie.

Weather: I thought March was supposed to go out like a lamb.
It's been cold, windy and a little rainy lately.

My Favorite Toys: Part 1

These days, I'm really into all the toys my humans have bought for me.

This is one of my favorites. My humans wave it in my face, and the feathers tickle my whiskers. Also, it has a bell that makes a neat sound.

Sometimes, if this toy is just sitting on the floor, completely still, I attack it. My humans laugh at me because then I pick it up and walk around with it in my mouth.

Weather: Kinda weird lately. Is it gonna rain? Is it gonna be sunny? I'm confused.

A Convert

This is my human's friend Winnie. She is a self-professed dog lover.

Last Saturday, a whole bunch of cute girls came to my house for dinner, and Winnie was one of them. I tried to show her that cats are just as lovable as dogs.

All the other girls were so nice to me, taking pictures and playing with me. I'm so happy that I had a chance to make more new girlfriends. Please visit again!

Weather: Sunny. Yeah!

Saturday the 14th

In honor of yesterday's "holiday," I got one of my unlucky black cat friends to pose and show you that he means no harm.

I don't know how that myth about black kitties crossing your path got started, but really, give those guys a break! Check out my buddy over there. Does he really look dangerous?

Weather: It's been cool and windy these days.
Pretty typical for blustery March.

My New Favorite Drawer

I've blogged before about all the drawers I love. Here's another one. The other day, my human was putting away her human's boxer shorts, and they were so warm outta the dryer, I just had to take over.

Also, the boxer shorts here are really comfy to sit on. They're not the itchy, regular cotton kind. These are grade-A knit and quite soft. Three cheers for underwear!

Weather: March has been strange, and it looks like rain. Yuck.

I ♥ the Fridge

My new favorite hiding place is on top of the refrigerator. My humans have lots of cool stuff up there for me to check out. I also have a bird's-eye view of everything that Cindy does in the kitchen.

Ever since I got my health back, I've been trying to diversify my daily routine. Another hiding place I've found is behind the laundry that Cindy has been waiting to iron for over a month now.

I get behind the pants hanging on the closet handle, and only my tail sticks out. I'm pretty sure no one knows my spot yet. I'm pretty sneaky.

Weather: March can't decide what it wants to be.
Cold one day, warm the next.

I'm Baaaack

Thanks to all the doctors who helped me get back to my old self.

Here I am hoping that I can get some of what's in my human's lunchbox. He has a fish allergy, though, so whatever is in there can't be that good.

I'm very happy to feel 100%. I'm eating all my food, doing laps around the house, and talking a lot as usual.

Weather: It was actually pretty hot yesterday.
March is here now, what is this month gonna bring?
