Neighborhood Nemesis

This is Stumpy. He lives next door. Sometimes he bothers me through the window.

Usually, though, he just hangs out in my backyard. I can't blame him because his humans also own a hulking Rottweiler.

Stumpy is pretty fat, but agile. I envy that he gets to climb trees, scale walls and talk to other neighborhood cats.
